Swetcha Votarker, a well-known Telugu TV host, was tragically found dead early Friday at her Hyderabad home in Jawahar Nagar.

Her body was discovered hanging from a ceiling fan in her bedroom, according to police, which initially raised suspicions that she had committed suicide.

A senior police official stated: “No suicide note was found, though reports suggest she may have been under mental stress. Her body has been shifted to Gandhi Hospital for a post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death.”

The Chikkadpally police have formally filed a case and are carefully investigating a number of factors, including potential foul play and personal and professional pressures. To gain a better understanding of what happened, they are awaiting the results of the forensic investigation, CCTV footage, and post-mortem.
