Among the evidence files submitted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ defence team is a striking black-and-white photograph featuring two globally renowned female icons, Rihanna and Serena Williams, both dressed in bikinis.

The singer and the tennis champion are seen lounging on a bed under a mirrored ceiling in the purportedly 2012 photo. A third woman, who is thought to be Combs' former assistant Capricorn Clark, is lying next to them.

According to the Daily Mail, Combs' attorneys shared a court document that revealed this information. Earlier this week, Capricorn Clark testified that she was fired while on vacation with Rihanna, which coincided with the time the picture was taken. During a lengthy text exchange, Combs' ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura allegedly sent him the photo.

There is no proof that Serena Williams or Rihanna were connected to any of the grave accusations made against Combs or any of the alleged "freak-offs" mentioned during the trial, even though the picture is included in the court filings.

The defence included the photo among numerous messages and images designed to portray Cassie as a willing participant in what they describe as an “intense, unorthodox romance.” One message from Cassie reads, “Going to FO [Freak-Off] on Tuesday!! These are all the things that I need Pop Pop to be with me at. Lol.”

Prosecutors, however, paint a different picture, arguing that Cassie was emotionally manipulated and coerced into participating in sexual acts over the course of their 11-year relationship. Cassie testified that she felt pressured to comply with what she described as “hundreds” of group sex encounters, or “freak-offs,” just to maintain peace.

At one point, Cassie texted Combs, “I just want it to be uncontrollable.” Another message stated, “I want it to be the first time for the rest of our lives.” Combs’ legal team countered with flirtatious texts from Cassie, such as, “I miss our love sessions in the afternoon,” but Cassie clarified in court that these messages did not reflect her true feelings, quietly adding, “There’s a lot we skipped over.”

Following a violent assault caught on surveillance footage in 2016, Cassie sent a text saying, “I’m not a rag doll. I’m somebody’s child.” Despite this, affectionate texts between them continued days later.

Cassie, who is 38 years old and expecting her third child, has reached settlements in two lawsuits related to her allegations. Combs is still in detention and could spend up to 15 years behind bars if found guilty. It is expected that the trial will last until June.
