Mega Power Star Ram Charan is set to captivate his fans with his upcoming sports-action drama Peddi, written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana.

Following the excitement around the title and first-look poster, the makers are now gearing up to raise the bar with the release of the film’s teaser. Titled First Shot Glimpse, the teaser will be unveiled on April 6, in celebration of Sri Ramanavami.

Featuring Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead and an entire soundtrack by the legendary AR Rahman, the film promises to be a thrilling ride.

The movie's title and Ram Charan’s first look were revealed on March 27, coinciding with the actor’s 40th birthday, and fans were immediately struck by his powerful transformation, raising anticipation for the film's release.

The final mix of the teaser has already been completed, and the film’s director, Buchi Babu, shared a picture of AR Rahman to announce the update. The teaser is set to drop at 11.45 AM on April 6, and fans are eagerly awaiting what’s in store.

This first-look teaser is expected to offer a glimpse of Ram Charan in an intense and action-packed avatar, unlike anything his fans have seen before. Reports suggest that the actor will be speaking in the distinct Uttarandhra (Northern Andhra) slang, adding authenticity to his character. According to one of the producers, there’s a moment in the teaser that will leave fans mesmerised, “a high moment which is worth watching a 1000 times,” they added.

Peddi is being presented by Mythri Movie Makers, in collaboration with Sukumar Writings, and produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner. Alongside Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, the film features Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu Sharma in pivotal roles.

With AR Rahman composing the soundtrack and R Rathnavelu handling cinematography, Peddi has already generated significant buzz, leaving fans excited to see Ram Charan in this dynamic, action-driven role.
