Pop singer Lady Gaga recently revealed that she did not stop her ‘Chromatica Ball’ concerts after learning that she tested positive for Covid-19.
The ‘Bad Romance’ singer revealed the information on a live questions and answers session before watching her concert special titled ‘Gaga Chromatica Ball’, that aired on HBO.
In the live session, she said that she did 5 shows with Covid. She also said that she informed everyone on her team about her diagnosis because she did not want anyone to feel uncomfortable while working with her. She told her team that they don’t have to perform if they don’t feel like it, but she’s going to do the show because she did not want to let all the fans down.
She added, “the fans were all putting themselves in harm's way every day coming to the show.”

But it seems like the ‘Applause’ singer made a mistake in understanding what the fans would actually feel bad about.
Netizens found themselves in a rage over her actions, with many calling her ‘irresponsible’ and ‘disgraceful’.
One user on X (Formerly Twitter) wrote, "disgusting woman she should be sued”
Another user wrote, “noooo she did not just say that publicly... imagine enjoying the show and then going home with covid hopefully, they are all safe”
“lady gaga reveals that exposing folks to covid for capitalism is pretty f-king status quo at this point and not only what the fans want but what the fans do. here's to another sh-t soundtrack to our societal collapse,” a third user tweeted.
Another user called her behaviour ‘ironical’, “The Nerve. The Audacity. The irony of Hollywood shines bright in this interview with Lady Gaga. She performed 5 times with Covid-19 but advocated for Mask & Vaccines without having none of those herself.”
