Udaipur is hosting what is being called the “wedding of the year,” as Netra Mantena, daughter of US-based pharma millionaire Rama Raju Mantena, ties the knot with entrepreneur Vamsi Gadiraju. The three-day celebration began on November 21 and will conclude with the wedding ceremony on November 23.
The event has drawn global attention for its high-profile attendees. Donald Trump Jr, son of US President Donald Trump, is the "most prominent guest", Udaipur police officials told The Indian Express. He was spotted earlier at the Taj Mahal in Agra and traveled from Jamnagar to Udaipur on Friday night. Sources told First Post that he may return to Gujarat after the ceremonies and could meet Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani.
Bollywood celebrities, including Hrithik Roshan, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Karan Johar, Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Nora Fatehi, are expected to attend. International icons Jennifer Lopez and Justin Bieber are also reportedly part of the festivities. The wedding organisers also shared a video of Madhuri Dixit Nene dancing to Dola Re Dola from Devdas, at the wedding.

Netra Mantena is the daughter of Padmaja and Rama Raju Mantena, the Orlando-based chairman and CEO of Ingenus Pharmaceuticals. The groom, Vamsi Gadiraju, is co-founder and CTO of Superorder, a platform that helps multi-location restaurants streamline delivery and operations. A Columbia University graduate, Gadiraju featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2024 for his work in food-tech and AI-driven tools.
