Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Kapoor have bought another apartment. The newest property that they have bought is reported to be worth Rs 59 crore and is in Worli, Mumbai.
This is the actor's second purchase in Oberoi Realty’s Three Sixty West project in Worli, according to registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com
Shahid and wife Mira, property is 5,395 sq ft RERA carpet and will come with three parking spaces, according to the documents.
The apartment is at a higher floor of the high-rise building by Oberoi Realty.
Shahid and Mira purchased this property fron Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd. .
Chandak Realty had bought this said apartment as part of a bulk deal in February 2023. 28 apartments were bought by D’ Mart owner Radhakishan Damani’s immediate family and close associates for a sum of ₹1,238 crore last year.
According to brokers said, Chandak Realtors had purchased this apartment, now sold to the Kapoors, at ₹35.31 crore.
Three Sixty West by Oberoi Realty is a project that has two towers including 4 BHK, 5 BHK and duplex apartments along with penthouses.
Shahid Kapoor has paid a stamp duty of ₹1.75 crore for the transaction, as per the documents.
In 2018 as well, Shahid had bought a flat in the same building l, it was 8,281 sq ft and he had brought it for ₹55.60 crore. At that that time the actor paid a stamp duty of ₹2.91 crore.
Meanwhile Shahid is riding high on the success of his last release 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljhan Jiya'.
