Nawazuddin Siddiqui, along with his family members, has been cleared of allegations in a molestation case filed against them by his estranged wife, as per recent reports. The case, which had garnered significant attention in the media, has now concluded with a clean chit for Nawazuddin and his family, bringing closure to a tumultuous legal battle.

The allegations emerged amid a contentious divorce proceeding between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife, Aaliya Siddiqui. Throughout the legal process, Nawazuddin and his family maintained their innocence, vehemently denying the allegations leveled against them.

The granting of a clean chit signifies that authorities have found no evidence to support the claims made by Nawazuddin's estranged wife. It brings relief to Nawazuddin and his family, who have endured public scrutiny and speculation during the course of the investigation.

For Nawazuddin Siddiqui, known for his versatile performances and critically acclaimed roles in films, the conclusion of this legal ordeal offers a sense of vindication. The actor can now redirect his attention to his craft, continuing to pursue his passion for storytelling on the silver screen without the shadow of controversy looming over him.

Nearly a decade ago, Aaliya had filed a molestation case against Nawazuddin and four other family members at the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) court in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar. Allegedly, Siddiqui’s brother Minazuddin had molested a minor family member in 2012, with others purportedly supporting him, as stated in the FIR.

Last year, after extensive investigation, the police submitted a final report exonerating the actor and his family from the allegations, as reported by IANS. Subsequently, Judge Ritesh Sachdeva summoned the complainant to respond to the investigative report before the POCSO court.

Despite being given numerous opportunities and notices, the complainant failed to appear in court. Consequently, the court accepted the police report, clearing the Gangs of Wasseypur actor and his four family members of any wrongdoing, according to PTI.
