Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh who was seen in the latest Jett and Juliet 3 film, is celebrating the success of his film. The multi hyphenate icon shared a video on his Instagram cutting a cake and dancing with his team.

Dosanjh captioned the post writing, “SHUKAR SHUKAR,” (translating to gratitude) and was surrounded by fans and members of his team from the movie.

Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa's latest romantic comedy, 'Jatt and Juliet 3,' premiered in theaters on June 27, sharing the spotlight with Nag Ashwin's grand spectacle, 'Kalki 2898 AD'. Despite the fierce competition at the box office from 'Kalki', 'Jatt and Juliet 3' is performing admirably, raking in an impressive Rs 16.75 crore within its first four days.

This release continues Diljit's streak of successes, following the critically acclaimed Netflix film 'Amar Singh Chamkila'. Notably, Diljit also contributed to 'Kalki 2898 AD' by lending his voice to the Bhairava Anthem, showcasing his versatility.

While Telugu cinema is soaring to new heights, Punjabi films are also making significant strides. The latest installment in Jagdeep Sidhu's romantic comedy series, raked in an impressive $1.8 million over its opening weekend. This achievement secured the film a spot in the top ten, landing at #9 on the North American box office chart, and bringing its total earnings to $1.9 million.

Adding to the excitement, Diljit Dosanjh's recent high-profile appearances have further boosted his popularity in the United States. His electrifying performance at Coachella and his charismatic presence on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" have cemented his status as a prominent figure in the American entertainment landscape.
