Popular milk brand Amul, known for making illustrations on big events, hit films and popular celebrities, have made an animated picture for for its Amul butter advertisement on their Instagram handle featuring Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra’s looks from the Netflix movie ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’.

Amul butter pays 'Ek Chamach Khila' tribute to the Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra starrer film 'Amar Singh Chamkila'.

Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra have been earning praises for their performances of Amar Singh Chamkila and Amarjot Kaur, respectively, in the film directed by Imtiaz Ali.

With the two receiving accolades from critics and fans alike, now popular milk brand Amul, which is known for making illustrations on big happenings, have made an animated picture on their Instagram featuring Diljit and Parineeti’s look from the movie ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’.

In the picture, Parineeti and Diljit’s characters are performing on the stage like they did in the hit movie, which is being termed as ‘masterpiece’ by many.

The two characters are seen holding bread with butter on top of it and it is written: “Ek Chamach Khila, Amul Punjab Da Buttar.”

Both Diljit and Parineeti shared this image on their Instagram stories and thanked them.

Chamkila butter

Diljit Dosanjh is being loved for his role as Chamkila in the movie ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’, which released on April 12 on the streaming app Netflix.

During his concert in Mumbai, Diljit Dosanjh, who is being loved by fans across the globe, addressed the audience and said people would often say that “They said Punjabis can't do fashion and I said, I will show you. They said Punjabis can't act in films, I showed them I could. They said Punjabis did Punjabi movies but couldn't go to Mumbai, and I proved them wrong.

The singer held the concert a day after the release of the movie and it saw the presence of many Bollywood celebs, including Ayushmann Khurrana, Maniesh Paul, Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Sanon, Rajkummar Rao to name a few.

Diljit Dosanjh made history last year by performing at the music festival Coachella. He told in an interview recently, " Although I wasn't a deserving candidate. I feel so. It was God's will. I knew it (Coachella) was big and for the first time, someone from India was going to perform there. It was a huge deal."
