Actress, model, and host Mandira Bedi recently paid a poignant tribute to her late husband, Raj Kaushal, on the occasion of their 26th wedding anniversary.

In a heartfelt gesture, Mandira shared an unseen picture from their wedding day, offering fans a glimpse of their special bond. The actress posted a short reel on social media, featuring a never-before-seen wedding photograph.

The video clip showcased a beautiful throwback photo of Mandira and Raj, both dressed in their wedding attire, radiating happiness and love.

As the frame displayed the words “Happy Anniversary, Raj,” the video captured the essence of their deep connection. For many, the tribute was a heartwarming reminder of the love they shared, and it evoked an outpouring of emotional messages from her followers.

Along with the video, she captioned the post as, "We would have been married 26 years today. Miss you.”

This simple yet emotional tribute moved many of her followers, with fans expressing their love and admiration for her strength and courage during such an emotionally charged moment.

In a deeply personal interview with Humans of Bombay last year, Mandira opened up about the profound grief she experienced after Raj's untimely passing. Reflecting on the emotional toll of the first year without her husband, Mandira revealed that it was particularly challenging for her, with significant milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries intensifying her sorrow.

However, she shared that, as time passed, the pain had become more manageable, although the loss of Raj would always be something they would continue to remember daily. "There are moments when we remember him because of a song," she shared. "I’ve done the therapy I needed to, there are times I still do it. As human beings, we are always a work in progress."

Mandira Bedi made her acting debut in Shanti (1994–1998), a popular television series on Doordarshan, and soon established herself as a household name. Her career in the film industry took off when she starred alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in the iconic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), a film that became a landmark in Bollywood cinema. Over the years, Mandira continued to feature in various films, including Dus Kahaniyaan (2007), Ittefaq (2017), and Saaho (2019).

She was last seen in the series The Railway Men alongside R. Madhavan, Kay Kay Menon, Divyenndu, and Babil Khan. Her role in the series garnered positive attention and further showcased her acting range and ability to connect with audiences.
