Bollywood actor Jaideep Ahlawat and his wife Jyoti Hooda have purchased a second luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West within a span of two months, bringing their total real estate investment to Rs. 20 crore. The couple acquired both apartments in Poorna Apartments, a premium residential development in the area.

According to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards via the official portal of the Inspector General of Registration, the latest transaction was registered in June 2025.

The newly purchased apartment is located on a different floor within the same building and mirrors the specifications of their previous acquisition in May.

Both apartments are valued at Rs. 10 crore each and feature a carpet area of 1,950 sq. ft. (181 sq. m.) with a built-up area of approximately 2,341 sq. ft. (217.47 sq. m.). The June transaction includes two car parking spaces, while the May purchase offered a total of four. For each property, the couple paid a stamp duty of Rs. 60 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.

Poorna Apartments is situated in the heart of Andheri West, a rapidly growing residential and commercial hub.
