Filmmaker Farah Khan has a new travel partner these days—and no, it’s not a Bollywood A-lister. It’s her cook, Dilip, who has now become an internet favorite through their quirky vlogs together. After taking him along to the Maldives, Farah’s latest stop was Rishikesh, where she attended the famous Ganga Aarti for the very first time.
Pictures from the trip were shared by her manager, Kalp Shah, on Sunday. The photos showed Farah sitting quietly by the Ganga, head covered with a dupatta, hands folded in prayer.
In another frame, she was seen performing the Aarti herself, with Dilip and Kalp watching from behind. Kalp captioned the moment: “In the roar of Ganga and the silence of Shiva, the universe finds its balance #gangaarti, Blessed, thankyou @farahkhankunder for everything you do"
Farah dropped a heartfelt reply, writing, “It was truly a magical experience… may all your prayers be answered, Kalp… n more.” She also shared a short Instagram story from the banks of the river, adding: “First time Rishikesh and what an experience.”
The duo’s growing popularity isn’t stopping here. Farah confirmed that she and Dilip will also be part of the YouTube Fanfest 2025, happening in Mumbai on September 11. The event brings together top creators like Kusha Kapila, Shakti Mohan, Lisa Mishra, and Scout.

What started as fun cooking vlogs has now turned into a full-fledged phenomenon. Farah often jokes about Dilip being the star of her channel, once teasing during Shruti Haasan’s episode that he “makes more than everyone here put together.”
With their easy banter and now a spiritual touch from Rishikesh, Farah and Dilip’s journey serves their fans a mix of entertainment, warmth, and a little bit of magic.
