The company is incorporated on April 17, 1986 by BNK Capital Markets
 Group under the name and style of BNK Leasing Limited.  In 1994, the
 name of the company was changed to BNK Capital Markets Limited.
 
 The current businesss operations of the company consist of trading in
 securities, leasing, loan syndication, bill discounting syndication,
 mobilisation of fixed deposit schemes of other companies, and
 investment banking activities.
 
 The company has entered into an MOU with a London-based brokerage
 house, for co-operation and assistance in matters of investment by
 FII's in the country and allied areas relating to investment banking
 and corporate finance activities and also in assiting to market
 indian corporate securities and derivatives abroad.  The company gots
 its registration from the SEBIas a Category I Merchant Banker.  The
 company has a subsidiary by name BNK Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd.
