 Private Limited on 10th February 1995 with the Registrar of
 Companies, 
 Mumbai. In 2006, our Company was converted into a public limited 
 company. The registration number assigned to our Company is 
 11-85488. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon the 
 change in name was granted on March 31,2006 by the Registrar of 
 Companies, Mumbai.

 Allied Digital purchased M/s. Digital Data Services a Partnership
 firm 
 owned by Mrs. Pragna N.Shah and Mr.Prakash D.Shah on 1st April 
 1995. Allied took over the business of M/s. Digital Data Services as
