HDFC Bank to cut lending rate to 9.8%; stk hits 52-wk high

HDFC Bank will cut lending rate by 20 bps to 9.8%, reports CNBC-TV18.


The bank touched a 52-week high of Rs 565.05. At 09:19 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 561.50, down Rs 2, or 0.35%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 6,342 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 3.02% or Rs 16.50 at Rs 563.50.


The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 84.40 per share. (Dec, 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 6.66. The latest book value of the company is Rs 127.14 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 4.42. The dividend yield of the company was 0.77%.
