Sunny Deol vs Sorav Gupta: Producer Sorav Gupta of Sundawn Entertainment Pvt Ltd said in a press conference earlier this week that Sunny Deol has accepted advance of over Rs 2.5 crore from him since 2016 but is yet to work in one of his films.

"With Gadar 2', what happened is all my fans and all the people that wanted to see the kind of cinema which they had seen in Gadar', we kept the story that way and people came to see the character, which is deep rooted in their hearts.

Social media users were shocked and asked if Sunny Deol was actually drunk. His fans were very concerned for him as well. The clip spread that has spread like wildfire, especially on X (formerly Twitter), is being widely circulated online.

Sunny Deol was in conversation with popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia while making the claim. “Mera IQ bohot high tha (I had a very high IQ). They tested me and my IQ was over 160 something,” the actor said.

Though the bank said it will auction the actor’s villa in Mumbai’s Juhu on September 25, it withdrew the notice as a case was pending before a magistrate’s court and the actor had approached the bank to settle the dues.

Earlier, the bank had said it plans to auction Deol's property following default of Rs 56 cr loan.

In a notice published in a national newspaper on August 19, 2023, BoB said the villa will be e-auctioned on September 25 due to non-payment of dues.

Sunny Deol’s sinewy exterior, his somewhat distressed countenance, gave Indian angst the angry face it deserved.

Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel reprised the roles of Tara Singh and Sakeena in 'Gadar 2' and the movie revolves around Singh's journey to Pakistan to help rescue his son from the army.

The now-viral video was shared on Twitter by a page called Tara Singh. In the clip, cinema-goers can be seen dancing to “Main Nikla Gaddi Leke”. The iconic track sung by Udit Narayan was a hit in the first instalment of the film too.

Directed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 is boisterous, screechy and has nothing to add to the folksy, rustic charms of the original.
