Audio and wearables brand Boat has launched Airdopes ProGear, its first Open-ear Wearable Stereo (OWS) earbuds in India at a price tag of Rs 1,999.

The Boat Airdopes ProGear OWS Earbuds come in two colour options: Active Black and Sporting Green. The Boat Airdopes ProGear OWS Earbuds can be purchased online at boAt-lifestyle.com, Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra. You can also get them at Reliance, Croma and Vijay Sales stores near you.

Boat Airdopes ProGear OWS Earbuds: Features

The Boat Airdopes ProGear earbuds feature an open-air design which means that they rest outside the ear and don’t have to be put in the ear canal like traditional in-ear earbuds. Boat claims that the Airdopes ProGear open-ear earbuds enhance comfort, ventilation and hygiene, reducing ear fatigue for all-day wear.

The Boat Airdopes ProGear earbuds work on air conduction enhanced by Open Audio technology which is meant to send the sound directly into the ears while minimizing sound leakage.

The Boat Airdopes ProGear earbuds feature four microphones and come with Quad-Mic AI-ENx technology and advanced AI algorithms to eliminate background noise.

Equipped with 15mm drivers, the Boat Airdopes ProGear earbuds support Bluetooth v5.3. Boat claims that the earbuds offer ultra-low latency with BEAST Mode, featuring only a 40ms delay.

Boat claims that the Airdopes ProGear earbuds have a total playtime of 100 hours. They are IPX5 rated which makes them resistant against water splashes. Additionally, with ASAP Charge technology, a quick 10-minute charge provides up to 10 hours of playback, claims Boat.
