Former India cricketers MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina set the dance floor on fire in Mussoorie during the wedding ceremony of Rishabh Pant's sister, Sakshi Pant. Pant flew straight from Dubai after India won the ICC Champions Trophy by beating New Zealand in the final to win the title after 12 years. The Indian wicket-keeper took part in all ceremonies including mehendi, sangeet and haldi.
Pant's sister Sakshi shared clips and pictures from the ceremonies on her Instagram stories. She will get married to long-time partner Ankit Choudhary on Wednesday (March 12). Sakshi Pant also uploaded a post on January 6 in 2024 announcing her engagement with Ankit. The caption of the post read, "Nine years and still counting."
Former Indian captain MS Dhoni, who led the team to victory in the 2011 World Cup, 2007 T20 World Cup, and 2013 Champions Trophy, arrived at the wedding venue on Tuesday evening alongside his wife, Sakshi Dhoni. Videos from the celebrations have taken social media by storm, capturing some joyous moments from the star-studded event.
In one of the clips, Dhoni, along with Suresh Raina and Rishabh Pant, can be seen enthusiastically dancing to the iconic Bollywood song Dama Dam Mast Kalandar. The legendary cricketer, brimming with energy, jumps and grooves beside his long-time friend Raina as they pull off the signature "burrraaahh" move, adding to the festive spirit of the occasion.

Players gearing up for IPL 2025
Rishabh Pant and MS Dhoni will be playing in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL). Pant, who did not get a single match in the Champions Trophy due to KL Rahul being the first choice will lead Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) after the wedding. LSG will begin their campaign from March 22. Pant will team up with head coach Justin Lamnger and director of cricket Zaheer Khan.
