The first Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh in Rawalpindi is evenly poised and it appears to be heading towards an exciting finish. With two more days remaining in the contest, Bangladesh were batting at 316 for 5 at Stumps, and trail by another 132 runs. The tourists will hope for a strong start on Day 4, while Pakistan, on the other hand, will look for some early wickets to get a good grip on the match. While fans have enjoyed good cricket, they also got to witness some great camaraderie between Pakistan teammates Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan.
In a video doing rounds on social media, Rizwan is seen tossing his bat towards Babar, who then grabs it. The two then exchange laughs, following which Babar pats Rizwan on his back. The incident took place after Pakistan declared their first innings at 448 for 6 in the final session of Day 2. Rizwan, who along with Saud Shakeel revitalised Pakistan's innings, was then making the long walk back to the pavilion after an unbeaten 171 off 239 deliveries. Here is the video:

Both batters went to complete their respective centuries and added 240 runs for the fifth wicket. Shakeel was stumped at 141 (261) off Mehidy Hasan Miraz's bowling but Rizwan remained firm at one end. With him being just 29 runs short of a well deserved double century, Pakistan skipper declared the innings as many expressed shock with the decision.

Shakeel was also asked about the timing of the declaration at the press conference after the end of play, who said that the wicketkeeper-batter was well aware about it. "See, as far as Rizwan bhai's double century is concerned, I don't think there was a haste in taking the decision (to declare the innings). Because Rizwan bhai was clearly told an hour before that we would be declaring at this point in time. So he had an idea when we would declare. He was told we will try to near 450 before declaring," said Shakeel.
