Vaibhav Suryavanshi is quickly becoming the talk of the town after an electrifying IPL debut for Rajasthan Royals. In his first IPL game, the 14-year-old prodigy made an unforgettable entrance by smashing the very first ball he faced for a six. In his second IPL game, chasing a daunting 206-run target, the Royals needed a flying start—and Suryavanshi delivered, opening the innings alongside Yashasvi Jaiswal.

What truly stood out was his fearless approach against seasoned India pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Despite the vast gulf in experience, Suryavanshi showed no signs of intimidation or deference, taking on the veteran bowler with remarkable confidence. He may be just 14, but his composure and audacity at the crease mark him as a star in the making.

Suryavanshi tried to smash the first ball that he faced Bhuvneshwar for a big hit, but was unsuccessful. The left-handed explosive batsman got going in Bhuvneshwar’s next over by smashing a six over deep square leg.

Another six followed in Bhuvneshwar’s next over but it was a top edge off a short ball that went all the way over the fence.

The experienced Bhuvneshwar had his revenge on the next ball when Suryavanshi missed a knuckle ball while going for another big shot, missed and his middle stump was sent flying.

Nonethless, Suryavanshi started trending on social media with fans coming up with witty posts:
