MS Dhoni's immense popularity in the cricketing world is undeniable, and his presence in IPL 2024 brings great joy to fans, igniting waves of excitement and cheers.

During CSK's match against Lucknow Super Giants at Chepauk, the camera focused on Dhoni in the dressing room during the 17th over of the innings.

Noticing his extended appearance on the big screen, Dhoni prompted enthusiastic cheers from the crowd. He playfully showed his annoyance at the prolonged screen time by pretending to throw a water bottle at the camera.

The moment quickly gained traction on social media, and the video clip went viral across various platforms.

In terms of the match, Marcus Stoinis played an exceptional innings, outshining Ruturaj Gaikwad's performance as LSG defeated CSK by six wickets.

Stoinis remained unbeaten with 124 off 63 balls, hitting 13 fours and six sixes as LSG achieved a record run chase at Chepauk in 19.3 overs. This was also the highest individual score in IPL during a run chase.

Earlier, skipper Gaikwad led the team with an outstanding 60-ball unbeaten 108 as CSK posted a challenging 210 for 4. Gaikwad's innings, his second IPL century, included 12 fours and three sixes. Shivam Dube added a powerful 27-ball 66, featuring seven sixes.
