Australia captain Pat Cummins will appear in a brand-new animated series that aims to teach kids about the fun and passion of cricket. The show, Snick and Willow, honors friendship, fair play, and the love of cricket by following two young cricket fans on a journey around the world.
The cartoon series, which is produced by Xentrix Studios, revolves around Willow, a fast-bowling Australian girl, and Snick, a lively Indian lad. In an effort to protect their local cricket club from avaricious developers, the two get together to look for lost cricket artifacts. Through the prism of their favorite sport, students gain important insights into community, culture, and teamwork along the road. The show's animation Cummins character is still being developed.

The 11-year-old Willow, who recently moved from Australia to India with her father, local cricket coach Johnno Evans, is a character that the Australian captain is most excited about.
“Willow’s story is one I hope will resonate with young girls and encourage them to see themselves in the game,” Cummins added.
Despite the early cultural shifts, Willow is vivacious, inquisitive, and ready to enjoy life in her new home, according to her character profile. She is the perfect role model for viewers because of her vibrant personality and love of cricket.
Cummins firmly believes in the show's objective, even though his precise role in it has not yet been determined. Children aged 5 to 12 and their families are the target audience for Snick and Willow, which features themes of adventure, inclusivity, and sportsmanship.
Cricket Australia's plan to increase youth involvement and diversity between 2022 and 2027 is in line with the show.
