Donald Trump, who cast his vote in Florida for the US elections, claimed that he will be the first to acknowledge in case the result is not in his favour.
"If I lose an election, if it's a fair election, I would be the first one to acknowledge it. So far I think it's been fair," the former US president said addressing the media after casting his vote in West Palm Beach.
The Republican nominee also said there will be no violence even if he loses the presidential election to his Democratic rival Vice President Kamala Harris.
"There will be no violence if I lose. My supporters are not violent people and I don't have to tell them that. I certainly don't want any violence," he added.
Trump expressed confidence in his win and said that he ran a great campaign. "I feel very confident… I hear we're doing very well everywhere. It looks like Republicans have shown up in force. It will be a decisive victory, it won't even be close," he said.
"I ran a great campaign. I think it was maybe the best of the three. We did great in the first one. We did much better in the second one but I would say this is the best campaign we've run," Trump added.
Earlier today, in an email to his supporters, the former US president said this will be the most important day in American history.
Asserting that the next four years are going to be great, Trumpe said, "Ladies and gentlemen, we are about to embark on the four greatest years in American history, but I can't do it unless you vote for me. Seriously, I’m counting on you, and I know you won’t let me down."
