Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are celebrating the arrival of a new addition to their family! The founder of Lemme, 44 and Blink-182’s drummer, 47, welcomed a boy, as revealed by reliable sources to PEOPLE. The gender of the baby was revealed at a party in June.
The couple already has a blended family, with a total of six children between them. Kourtney Kardashian Barker has Reign Aston, 8, Mason Dash, 11, and Penelope Scotland, who is 11 with Scott Disick.
Barker is already a father to 20-year-old son Landon, daughter Alabama who is 17 and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
The musician even revealed the name of his baby boy when he appeared in the podcast ‘One Life One Chance with Toby Morse’ in October. The couple have named their baby Rocky Thirteen Barker.
"There's a benefit for Hawaii that we were going to do, but it's the week that Rocky's due,” he said.
Kardashian first announced her pregnancy in June by holding up a handwritten sign at her husband’s concert in Los Angeles. “Travis, I am pregnant,” the poster read.
A video showed Barker looking absolutely shocked and then making his way into the audience to embrace his wife.
Weeks before welcoming their baby, Kardashian shared a post in which she mentioned about a medical emergency she underwent after having an urgent fetal surgery.
"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this,” she wrote.
"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant,” she added.
