A bomb blast at The Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru left nine people injured, turning a bustling afternoon into a scene of horror. Disturbing CCTV footage obtained by authorities reveals the chilling moments leading up to the explosion, capturing the panic and chaos as customers scrambled for safety.
The incident, which occurred around 12.30 pm today at the café in Kundalahalli, prompted action from law enforcement agencies. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, addressing the media, confirmed the use of an improvised explosive device (IED) in the attack.
The footage, taken from a strategically placed CCTV camera above the cafe's counter, unfolds the seemingly ordinary ambiance shattered by a sudden and violent blast.
Customers eagerly awaiting tables and a waiter placing a plate on the counter are caught in the unsuspecting chaos. The blast sends debris cascading from the ceiling, with smoke engulfing the cafe.
As the aftermath becomes clear, a person is seen falling in an attempt to escape the impact, while a woman lies motionless on the floor, her futile attempt to rise evident in the footage.

National Investigation Agency officials, the bomb squad and a forensic team have visited the site and are investigating the matter.
The injured victims are currently receiving treatment and all of them are out of immediate danger.
