On October 10, telcos sought an urgent hearing of their curative petitions challenging certain specific portions of the 2019 judgment on Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR).
The appellate tribunal has held that OTTs can only be regulated by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under it.
"All concerned are hereby informed that the Hon’ble Tribunal would not sit today i.e. on 26th October, 2021,” a TDSAT notice said.
