In a statement on social media, the princess offered her heartfelt thanks to those who helped her and her husband Prince William.
"The Princess of Wales, Patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club will attend the Gentlemen's Singles Final of The Championships, Wimbledon on Sunday 14th July," Kensington Palace said in a statement.
After several months away from the spotlight, Kate revealed in a pre-recorded video on March 22 that she has been undergoing cancer treatment and had temporarily stepped back from her royal duties.

Kensington Palace had given little detail about Kate’s condition beyond saying it wasn’t cancer-related, the surgery was successful and recuperation would keep the princess away from public duties until April.
Kate, Prince William's wife, has been out of the public eye since January, when palace officials announced that she was admitted to a private London hospital for planned surgery. At the time, they did not provide more details but said she would not return to public duties until after Easter.

The palace says the Prince and Princess wish to say a huge thank you to the entire team at The London Clinic, especially the dedicated nursing staff, for the care they have provided.
The former Kate Middleton is expected to return to public duties after Easter, the palace said.
The Princess of Wales, who was present at the stadium to watch the game, rushed to Jabeur’s side to console her. In the clip shared by Wimbledon’s official handle on Twitter, the royal can be seen hugging Jabeur.
"George understands he will one day be king and as a little boy sparred with friends at school, outdoing his peers with the killer line: 'My dad will be king so you better watch out'," wrote royal author Katie Nicholl.
