Hyundai launched Ioniq 5 EV in India on January 11 at the first day of Auto Expo 2023, in the presence of their brand ambassador Shah Rukh Khan. The Ioniq 5 crossover is priced at Rs 44.95 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 500 customers.
Set to enter the market by 2025, Maruti Suzuki’s concept eVX is based on an all-new dedicated EV platform and offers a driving range of up to 550 km. It is 4300mm long, 1800mm wide and 1600mm tall. The new eVX SUV gets a battery capacity of 60kWh with safe battery technology
The Hyundai Ioniq 6, like its hatchback sibling, is built on the E-GMP skateboard architecture. The company, however, has decided to go a different way when it comes to design and this means two completely different cars.
Every manufacturer present at the Auto Expo 2023 will bring something new to the show, be it facelifts, new models, concepts, and of course EVs, given that they are the future of automobile around the world
Apart from electric mobility solutions, the show will feature a new range of ‘Flex’ (flexible fuel) vehicles.
There will be 14 SUV unveils or rollouts at the expo, of which 9 will be petrol-powered and six will be EVs. As many as 30 EV manufacturers are participating in the show.
The MG 4 has been on sale internationally since the middle of 2022 and is still being evaluated for the Indian market. Expected to be the showstopper in the MG stall at the Auto Expo, the MG 4’s hatchback stance is only betrayed by its ZS EV rivaling size.
