“Due to active monsoon conditions, this enhanced rainfall activity is very likely to continue over parts of Konkan and adjoining ghat areas of Madhya Maharashtra during the next four-five days. The BMC data has futher stated that over the 24 hours that ended on July 20th, incidents of 56 tree and branch falling were reported, 27 of which took place in the western suburbs, 13 of those took place in the eastern suburb and 16 within the island city.
