Every RAPIDX train will have six coaches, including a premium coach. One coach in every train is reserved for women and it is the coach next to the premium coach. The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a joint venture between the governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, is responsible for developing the RRTS. NCRTC was created on June 29, 2011, as a result of a memorandum of understanding between the Centre and the four states. On August 21, 2013, the organisation was legally established.
