Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Reliance Foundation chairperson Nita Ambani will attend US President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration on January 20 in Washington, DC, an official familiar with the planning of the anticipated event said.
The Ambanis would have a prominent spot in the ceremony along with other notable guests, including Trump's Cabinet nominees, elected officials and high-profile business leaders from across the globe.
Mukesh and Nita Ambani will also attend a 'candlelight dinner' with Trump that will be followed by a close interaction with Vice President-elect JD Vance and his wife Usha Vance.
Trump, who is replacing Joe Biden, would be sworn in as the 47th President of the United States, along with JD Vance as the Vice President at the US Capitol. Having won a historic mandate in the November 2024 election, the 78-year-old leader is set to take oath for the Oval Office for the second time.
