Foreign investors Dendana Investments Mauritius bought a Rs 64.68 crore stake in Sobha on January 4. The stock of Sobha saw a 15 percent up move to Rs 1,296.6 in the bourses. The investor bought 5.09 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1269.57.
Meanwhile, foreign investor Seabright II sold 5.8 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 114.44 per share in Tracxn Technologies. The total value of the transaction is Rs 6.63 crore. Seabright II held a 4.16 percent stake in Tracxn Technologies. They have currently offloaded a 0.13 percent stake. Shares of Tracxn Technologies went up 6.1 percent to Rs 113.95.
Additionally, a couple of anchor investors trimmed some of their holdings in recently-listed companies.
Rox Hi Tech, whose shares went up 15.54 percent to Rs 182.95, saw its anchor investor Nav Capital Vcc-Nav Capital Emerging Star Fund, sell stake worth Rs 2.1 crore. The fund had invested Rs 7.06 crore in the company. It sold 1.18 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 177.51.
Another company whose anchor investor sold their shares was Rockingdeals Circular Economy. Astrone Capital VCC Arven sold 34,000 shares at Rs 366.72 per share. The total value of the transaction is Rs 1.24 crore. The venture capital held 1,38,000 shares in the company and now sold a 0.24 percent stake.
Shares of Rockingdeals Circular Economy surged 15.62 percent to Rs 390.55 on January 4.
