GMR Infra has clarified on CNBC-TV18 that they are not in talks with PE Players to offload stake in energy business.

    GMR Infra has clarified on CNBC-TV18 that they are not in talks with PE Players to offload stake in energy business.


    Earlier, The Financial Express reported that the company is in talks with PE funds to sell stake in energy unit for Rs 500 crore.


    At 09:31 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 30.40, down Rs 0.35, or 1.14%. It touched an intraday high of Rs 30.75 and an intraday low of Rs 30.05.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 99,262 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.49% or Rs 0.15 at Rs 30.75.


    The share touched its 52-week high Rs 44.65 and 52-week low Rs 17.70 on 08 Apr, 2011 and 13 Dec, 2011, respectively. Currently, it is trading -31.91% below its 52-week high and 71.75% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 11,833.00 crore.


    The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 0.15 per share. (Dec, 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 203.00. The latest book value of the company is Rs 18.42 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 1.65.
