Bollywood playback singer Sonu Nigam has sold a commercial property for Rs 7 crore in Andheri West area of Mumbai, documents accessed by Propstack showed.
According to documents, the commercial property, located on Dattaji Salve Marg in Andheri West in Mumbai, measures 2,131 square feet (sqft) with the per sqft rate being Rs 32,848.
The commercial space, which was sold to two Delhi-based individual buyers, comes with two car parking slots, documents showed. The sale deed was registered on June 28, 2024.
There was no immediate response from Sonu Nigam towards queries send by Moneycontrol on the above development. The copy will be updated after receiving the response.

Earlier this year, Sonu Nigam’s father Agam Kumar Nigam had purchased a luxury property in Mumbai's posh Versova for Rs 12 crore.
In April last year, Sonu Nigam had purchased two commercial properties spread across an area of 5,547 sq ft in Andheri for Rs 11.37 crore.

Apart from Nigam, several other Bollywood celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Kajol, Sara Ali Khan, Karishma Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, and Kartik Aryan, among others, have invested in commercial real estate to earn high rental yields.

In January this year, cricketer Yashasvi Jaiswal had purchased an apartment in Mumbai for Rs 5.38 crore in the Ten BKC project at Bandra East.
In April 2024, Mavjibhai Shamjibhai Patel, promoter of diamond company Kiran Gems, bought an apartment in Mumbai's posh Oberoi 360 West for Rs 97.4 crore.
In the same month, Anil Gupta, Chairman & MD of Wellknown Polyesters Ltd, purchased two apartments worth Rs 270 crore in Lodha Malabar project in South Mumbai, being constructed by Macrotech Developers.
