Oil and Natural Gas Corporation
ONGC has signed joint venture agreements and capital contribution agreements with Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL), Japan, to subscribe to equity shares in two joint venture entities—Bharat Ethane One IFSC and Bharat Ethane Two IFSC—registered in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
Each joint venture company will own and operate one Very Large Ethane Carrier (VLEC). These VLECs will operate under the Indian flag and will be deployed for the transportation of ethane from the United States of America to meet the feedstock requirements of the company’s subsidiary, ONGC Petro Additions (OPaL).
Additionally, the company reported an incident of a gas leak during workover operations at the Mori Field facility in Andhra Pradesh. No injury or loss of life has been reported.

Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company
Milan Jayvantlal Mithani (HUF) has purchased 75 lakh shares in Leading Leasing for Rs 2.43 crore, while SKG Asset Management acquired 34.3 lakh shares for Rs 1.11 crore, both at a price of Rs 3.25 per share.
