Oil and Natural Gas Corporation

ONGC has signed joint venture agreements and capital contribution agreements with Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL), Japan, to subscribe to equity shares in two joint venture entities—Bharat Ethane One IFSC and Bharat Ethane Two IFSC—registered in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

Each joint venture company will own and operate one Very Large Ethane Carrier (VLEC). These VLECs will operate under the Indian flag and will be deployed for the transportation of ethane from the United States of America to meet the feedstock requirements of the company’s subsidiary, ONGC Petro Additions (OPaL).

Additionally, the company reported an incident of a gas leak during workover operations at the Mori Field facility in Andhra Pradesh. No injury or loss of life has been reported.

Polycab India

Shashi Amin has been appointed as Director (Non-Board Member) and CEO – B2B Channel & Corporate Communication, effective January 5.

Awfis Space Solutions

Ravi Dugar has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the company to pursue better career opportunities, effective February 2, 2026.

The Board has appointed Sumit Rochlani as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 3.

Waaree Energies

The company’s subsidiary, Waaree Energy Storage Solutions, has raised Rs 1,003 crore from a cluster of strategic investors, including family offices, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and institutional investors.

This fund raise is part of the announced capex of Rs 10,000 crore for the establishment of a 20 GWh advanced lithium-ion cell and battery pack manufacturing plant.

NBCC (India)

NBCC has received orders worth Rs 45.87 crore from Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, Odisha, and Rs 88.18 crore from the Odisha School Programme Authority, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Raymond Lifestyle

Prasad Ellatch Chathuar has joined Raymond Lifestyle as Senior Management Personnel and will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer at the ensuing board meeting.

Mirc Electronics

Investor Laroia Mona has acquired 18 lakh shares (representing 0.48 percent of the paid-up equity) in Mirc Electronics at Rs 31.54 per share, for a total consideration of Rs 5.67 crore.

KV Toys India

Generational Capital Breakout Fund 1, backed by Satwik Jain–founded multi-family office Generational Capital, has acquired an additional 39,000 shares (equivalent to a 0.62 percent stake) in KV Toys India at Rs 339.82 per share, amounting to Rs 1.32 crore.

Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company

Milan Jayvantlal Mithani (HUF) has purchased 75 lakh shares in Leading Leasing for Rs 2.43 crore, while SKG Asset Management acquired 34.3 lakh shares for Rs 1.11 crore, both at a price of Rs 3.25 per share.
