The acquisition is in terms of exemption granted by SEBI under Regulation 11 of the SAST Regulations, pursuant to its exemption order bearing reference number WTM/KCV/CFD/02/2025-26 dated August 13, 2025, giving exemption from the applicability of relevant provisions of the SAST Regulations.

Rohit Relan held 29,82,221 shares (12.54%), Ayush Relan held 9,36,528 shares (3.94%), Ayush Relan Jt. Rohit Relan held 48,606 shares (0.20%), Pranav Relan held 9,42,212 shares (3.96%), Pranav Relan Jt. Rohit Relan held 41,106 shares (0.17%), Rishabh Relan held 9,42,540 shares (3.96%) and Rishabh Relan Jt. Rohit Relan held 40,370 shares (0.17%) respectively.

The transfer was executed via an inter-se transfer by way of gift without payment of consideration to the Acquirer by Sellers through off-market mechanism.
This transfer is in terms of exemption granted under Regulation 11(5) of the SAST Regulations by SEBI vide exemption order bearing reference number WTM/KCV/CFD/02/2025-26 dated August 13, 2025, giving exemption from applicability of relevant provisions of the SAST Regulations.
The transfer was completed on September 26, 2025.
