Clean Science promoters sell nearly 24% stake via bulk deals worth Rs 2,750 crore

Clean Science shares finished the session at Rs 1,149 on the NSE, down 2.69 percent amid significant volumes.

    Clean Science and Technology’s promoter group entities, including Krishnakumar Boob, Parth Maheshwari and Ashok Boob, offloaded nearly 24 percent stake worth Rs 2,750 crore through open market transactions on Thursday.

    Within the group, Krishnakumar Ramnarayan Boob sold 26 lakh shares at Rs 1,080.48 per share, while Nilima Krishnakumar Boob disposed of 23.6 lakh shares at Rs 1,085.32 apiece. Parth Ashok Maheshwari sold 30 lakh shares at Rs 1,078.81 per share, and Ashok Ramnarayan Boob offloaded 49.8 lakh shares at Rs 1,078.03 per share.

    Further, Asha Ashok Boob sold 70 lakh shares at Rs 1,077.57 per share, Ashok Ramnarayan Boob 23.3 lakh shares at Rs 1,079.51 apiece. Shradha Anish Kariwala was also the seller in this deal, offloading 32.05 lakh shares at Rs 1,077.63 per share.

    All these promoter group entities cumulatively sold 2.5 crore shares (23.98 percent stake) worth Rs 2,749.87 crore in Clean Science.

    On other side, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, Norges Bank on account of the Government Pension Fund Global, Nippon India Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, and VQ Fastercap Fund were buyers for some of the shares sold by promoter group entities in Clean Science, acquiring 96.17 lakh shares (9 percent stake) worth Rs 1,044.25 crore.

    Clean Science shares finished the session at Rs 1,149 on the NSE, down 2.69 percent amid significant volumes.

    Zee Media Corporation also saw open market transaction, declining 2.16 percent to Rs 12.67 on the NSE. Auv Innovations LLP acquired 1 crore shares in the company at Rs 12.99 per share, however, Miloeux Media & Entertainment sold 1.047 crore shares at same price.

    Miloeux Media held 14.08 crore shares (22.51 percent stake) in Zee Media Corporation as of June 2025.

    Tata Communications was also in action, falling 3.42 percent to Rs 1,589. NWBP as DP of First State Asia PAC LDRS FD A Sub FD of FS Investments ICVC sold 14.79 lakh shares in the company at a Rs 1,602.34 per share, and FS Investments ICVC Stewart Investors Asia Pacific Leaders Fund offloaded 19.85 lakh shares at Rs 1,590.01 per share, which totalled to 1.2 percent shareholding worth Rs 552.76 crore.
