Sure Power Technologies Private Limited sold 2.40 lakh shares of Beardsell Limited at a weighted average price of Rs 27.33 per share.

Cube Highways Trust

ASK Financial Holdings Private Limited purchased 70 lakh (0.48 percent) shares at a price of Rs 127.5, translating to a total investment of Rs 89.25 crore. Meanwhile, Cube Mobility Investments Pte. Ltd. exited the stock, selling 1.25 crore shares (0.86 percent) at the same price

Jyoti CNC Automation

Kotak Funds – India Midcap Fund acquired 37.93 lakh shares (1.67 percent) at Rs 1,087 per share. The sale was from non-promoter shareholders. Paresh Mohanlal Parekh offloaded 68.50 lakh shares (3.01 percent) at Rs 1,087.01, resulting in a transaction value of about Rs 745.30 crore, while Vijay Mohanlal Parekh sold the same quantity at Rs 1,087.45 (3.01 percent). Prior to the sale, both held around 5.41 percent each.

One Mobikwik Systems

Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd sold 4.44 lakh shares (0.57 percent) at an average price of Rs 246.23 per share.
