Allcargo Gati Limited will hold its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 25, 2025, via video conferencing at 11:00 A.M. (IST). The company has informed its shareholders about the AGM and the availability of the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-2025.
As per Regulation 36 (1) (b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has sent the web-link to members who have not registered their email addresses with the Company or its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA). Shareholders holding securities in physical mode are required to record their PAN, Address with PIN code, Mobile Number, Bank Account details, Specimen Signature, and choice of Nomination.

Security holders holding shares in physical form without updated PAN, Nomination, Contact details, Bank Account details, and Specimen Signature will only be eligible for payments, including dividends, via electronic mode from April 1, 2024.
The company has requested shareholders to update their email addresses with their depository participants or the RTA to facilitate the receipt of important information and documents and to support green initiatives.
