Do not expect RBI to move on repo rates: SBI

CNBC-TV18’s Ritu Singh caught up with Rajnish Kumar, Chairman of State Bank of India (SBI) and asked his expectations from the Money Policy Committee (MPC) in today's credit policy.

Kumar said that we do not expect Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to move on repo rates.

According to him, liquidity remains tight in the system.

Talking about SBI, he said we have hiked bulk deposit rates but there is no change to retail deposit rates.
