Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) will be declaring its earnings for the quarter ended September 30 on October 27, the Mukesh Ambani-led company said in an exchange filing.
The board of Reliance Industries will meet on October 27 to approve the financial results for the second quarter of the current financial year before declaring its quarterly earnings.
“A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2023, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023,” RIL said in a BSE filing on October 20.
A presentation to analysts and media on the financial results of the company will be made on the same day after the meeting, it added.
