Oberoi Realty Q4 PAT may dip 7.4% YoY to Rs. 132.3 cr: ICICI Direct

ICICI Direct has come out with its fourth quarter (January-March’ 19) earnings estimates for the Real Estate sector. The brokerage house expects Oberoi Realty to report net profit at Rs. 132.3 crore down 7.4% year-on-year (down 4.1% quarter-on-quarter).

Net Sales are expected to increase by 48.2 percent Y-o-Y (down 3.5 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 508 crore, according to ICICI Direct.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to fall by 1.6 percent Y-o-Y (down 4.1 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 180.5 crore.
