PL Capital has come out with its second quarter (July-September’ 24) earnings estimates for the Oil & Gas sector. The brokerage house expects Mahanagar Gas to report net profit at Rs. 310 crore down 7.8% year-on-year (up 9.8% quarter-on-quarter).

Net Sales are expected to decrease by 4.1 percent Y-o-Y (down 5.2 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 1,510 crore, according to PL Capital.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to fall by 7 percent Y-o-Y (up 6.5 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 450 crore.
