Chemfab Alkalis Ltd has informed BSE that, by an Order made on December 23, 2010, the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras has directed that a meeting of Equity Shares of the Company will be held on January 31, 2011, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving, with or without modifications, the arrangement (demerger) embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) proposed to be made between Chemfab Alkalies Ltd and Titanium Equipment and Anode Manufacturing Company Ltd and their respective shareholders.
