Edelweiss Capital Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2011, inter alia, to :

1. Consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.

2. Consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company.
