Fresenius Kabi Oncology subsidiary Dabur Pharma has been dissolved with effect from January 14, 2011.

Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited has informed the Exchange that Dabur Pharma (Thailand) Co. Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited in Thailand, has been dissolved w.e.f. January 14, 2011 as per the applicable laws in Thailand.
