R R K Enterprise Private Limited sold 21.42 lakh shares (0.89 percent) at Rs 54.07, resulting in a transaction.
Northern Arc Capital
Cohesion MK Best Ideas Sub-Trust purchased 10 lakh shares at Rs 208.83 (0.62 percent), while BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 8.67 lakh shares (0.54 percent) at Rs 202.46.
360 ONE Special Opportunities Funds sold 57.62 lakh shares (12 percent) across three funds.
Prostarm Info Systems
PG Foils Limited sold 3.8 lakh shares at Rs 130.07, amounting to Rs 4.94 crore.
Solara Active Pharma Sciences
FSSA Indian Subcontinent Fund exited 2.24 lakh shares (0.51 percent) at Rs 538.11, generating Rs 12.08 crore.
The India Cements
Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund purchased 20.37 lakh shares (0.66 percent) at Rs 310.17, totaling Rs 63.23 crore.

Surekha Naga Lakshmi Pendela bought 2.05 lakh shares at Rs 29.01, a deal valued at Rs 59.56 lakh, while Arvind Kumar Bellam acquired 2,000 shares and sold 60,000 at the same price. Sellers were promoters including Prabhakar Raju Alluri (50,000 shares, 0.54 percent), Ranga Raju Alluri (50,000 shares, 0.54 percent), and Venkata Rama Gaddam (48,225 shares, 0.52 percent).

Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund acquired 2.65 crore shares (0.57 percent) at Rs 129.74 (Rs 343.99 crore), while Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index Fund bought 2.39 crore shares (0.52 percent) at the same price.
Westlife FoodworldHDFC Mutual Fund bought 14.3 lakh shares (0.92 percent) at Rs 696.54 per share, while Hill Fort India Fund LP sold 15 lakh shares (0.96 percent) at Rs 696.55.
SG Finserve
Bandhan Mutual Fund acquired 8.86 lakh shares at Rs 405, amounting to Rs 35.86 crore, while Sahil Gupta sold 12.5 lakh shares (2.24 percent) at Rs 405.08.

Ascent India Fund III exited 17.6 lakh shares (1.59 percent) at Rs 60.76, while Trishakti Power Holdings Private Limited bought 11.66 lakh shares at Rs 60.75.
Warren Tea
Promoter Vinay Kumar Goenka sold 9.2 lakh shares (7.71 percent) at Rs 53, worth Rs 4.88 crore, and Pressman Properties Private Limited acquired 9.1 lakh shares (7.60 percent) at the same price.

Key buyers included Nippon India Mutual Fund, which purchased 24.93 lakh shares across two tranches at Rs 722 per share, and Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, which bought 27.7 lakh shares in two tranches. Invesco Mutual Fund bought 27 lakh shares amounting to Rs 195 crore, while Axis Mutual Fund picked up a total of 17.27 lakh shares for Rs 124.66 crore. HDFC Mutual Fund purchased 11.08 lakh shares (across two tranches) for Rs 79.96 crore, and DSP Mutual Fund also participated in two tranches totaling 3.46 lakh shares (Rs 24.98 crore).
Other large investors included MAX Life Insurance, Norges Bank, Morgan Stanley, PIMCO, Mirae Asset, IDFC, UTI Mutual Fund, and GHISALLO Master Fund LP, amongst others.
The seller was TPG Asia VII SF PTE Ltd, which offloaded 2.08 crore shares (10 percent) at Rs 722 per share.
