Luminaire Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following;1. Considered and authorized to Mr. Sanjiv Mohan Gupta, Director of the Company to sign the SPV with BluePrint Data India to start its business operations in India by opening office in Delhi tentatively from the first week of May 2015.2. Considered and authorized to Mr. Dilip Chabria, Director of the Company to discuss and sign Technology Partner SPV for providing Digital Cinema Services net-works to Cinema owners.3.
