Chartered Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).Further, in accordance with the Company's code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insider, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from February 02, 2016 till February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours afterthe announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange.Source : BSE
