PSTET 2024: Notification Out, Check Punjab TET Exam Date, Eligibility, and Schedule for December Exam

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has officially released the notification for the Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) 2024. The exam will take place on December 1, 2024. This eligibility test is aimed at recruiting teachers for the Primary (Classes I to V) and Upper Primary (Classes VI to VIII) sections in government schools across Punjab.

The PSTET 2024 will be conducted offline on December 1, 2024, with both Paper 1 and Paper 2 held on the same day. Each paper will consist of 150 marks. Paper 1 is meant for those aspiring to teach Classes I to V, while Paper 2 is for those targeting Classes VI to VIII. The subjects covered in the exam include Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and Language.

Candidates must carry their PSTET Admit Card 2024, which will be available 7 to 10 days before the exam. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the test.

The application window for PSTET 2024 is open from 16th October 2024 to 4th November 2024. Applicants must ensure they complete the process before the deadline, as no applications will be accepted after 4th November. The deadline for paying the application fee is also 4th November.
